A

a development larger than a traditional subdivision and usually has mixed uses.

What are subdivision regulations?

A

Restrictions on the division of parcels. Requires the local planning board prior approval. Zoning controls the land use.

Note: Must submit the subdivision plat to the local planning agency to get prior approval and make sure they get it recorded in county records.
