Hi john, its mo. from zones. Thanks for joining the meeting.

To get started with Zones Connect, first of all we need to set up your username and password at contact level in CRM. Once you have the username and password, you can Enter it and upon successful login, you will land on the Zones Connect Standard page.

So here is the dashboard or you can say the landing page which contains all the information about zones connect. We have 3 search bars. The first search bar is for searching the entire zone’s catalog, and it allow you to search any product. The second search bar allows you to search items through their purchasing order. And the third search bar allows you to search standards either through their item number or manufacturer number.

Then there is a standard page which contains a curated list of products that customers typically purchase repeatedly.

oHere you can do a list versus a grid view.

oHere you can download a CSV of all the standard products.

oYou can request the add or removal of a product by clicking on respective button as well.

oThe support button allows you to request the support related to any difficulty that you are facing related to using zones connect.

Zone Connect Welcome Message:

üHere is the welcome message that me as your account executive can set up in CRM for you and it will be shown on top of the standards page.

üYou can add information about your company, and you can also change the logo, by sending it to me through email. Our usual SLA is about 5 working days.

The next section isorder reports.

·Therecent order tabwill show orders for the last 45 days. If you want to see orders beyond 45 days, you can expand this form from here and after updating the parameters you can see orders back up to a year.

·Inthe pending approval section,you can see a list of all those orders that are pending for approvals. Moreover, this page represents all of the orders that need approval, not just the one for whom the logged in user is responsible for, as an approver.

·Then theexcel reportstab allows you to export reports to an excel spreadsheet.You can also schedule your reports like if you want to run for once, you can select the run once option, and If you want to run recurring reports or look further into the past, you have to select the recurring option . Then you need to select the date type, the date range, the exact criteria, the status and then at the end you need to name your report and have to write the email where you will receive it. Select the create report button and it will be generated for you.

·Ordered Productsshows the recently ordered products within the last six months at the account level.

Quotes section

üThis Section will simply show the quote that will be created either in Zone Connect or in CRM.

üSince currently there is no active quotes on your account that’s why you are seeing this page as blank.

Hardware asset report:

üThis Section Contains reports of all hardware that you purchase via zones connect. You can find the hardware report through adding the serial number.

üMoreover, If Zones is tracking the serial numbers on hardware, then the Zone Connect users can run their own asset reports here.

Accounts payable statements.

üThis section allows you to view a summary of your accounts payable by billing account.All the overdue amounts will be shown at this page.

üMoreover, this page is set up at the contact level in CRM, and account executives can turn this page on for multiple users.

Shopping lists:

üThen the shopping list section allow you to create list of all the shopping tracks rather than going through inventory page

üMoreover, this setting is setup at the user level in CRM.

License tracker (Allows you to manage all the license information)

üWithin the licensing track there is an option of Expiration calendar (which helps you in tracking the expiry data as it gets highlighted as the license ins near to its expiration)

üThe option of Current Agreements (contains the list of all your existing agreements)

üEnter license data option allows you to manage all the data of your licenses.

Then there is an option of Manage Account which helps you in managing your credentials.

üProfile: (The profile option allows you to enter your information, your email id, and you can also reset your credential through this option)

üThe shipping and billing option allows you to manage and adding your shipping and billing address.

üProduct Emal Alerts (Ticking this option helps you to receive promotion emails. In case of not having interest in promotion emails you can also select remove all option)
