KCAK, KCLE and Sattelites
Aircraft must be assigned the BRWNZ arrival no clearance further than FRYYE. YQG sector may issue descend via on contact.
KCAK and CLE sattelite arrivals props
Must be descended and handed off to D21 so as to not enter YQG airspace.
KDTW arrivals
LFD sector has control on contact for issuing descend via, speed adjustments and left turns up to 30° and right turns up to direct HANBL
KDTW satellites via area 8
must be on the PETTE STAR descending to 140 LFD sector has control on contact for speed adjustments left turns up to 30° and right turns up to direct PETTE
KDTW and KDTW satellite jet departures
the First ZOB sector to work a D21 JET departure must delete or amend via ATC clearance any SID assigned speed restriction
KDTW and KDTW satellite departures
All D21 departures routed over CCOBB departure fix must be capped at or below FL220
KFNT
except fot those aircraft that will transit D21 FNT arrivals west of VWV must be routed HAZIT VHICL CITYE and handed of to the LFD sector, arrivals east of VWV myst be routed via MARGN KFNT
KMTC arrivals
may be routed through D21 via RRALF or PETTE STAR or they may be routed over the top of D21 over the top aircraft must be pointed out to D21 for a lower altitude all tactical aircraft will be worked by FNT or DRE sectors
KORD arrivals
HUD/LAK give control to ECK/GAM for turns and speed on ORD arrivals established on or north of Q436 providing aircraft remail on or north of Q436 all speed adjustments must be entered into the 4th line ECK/GAM assume responsibility for separation with aircraft established on or north of Q436 routed into area 1
KTOL
Area 1 must PVD data blocks to PAN sector on tactical arrivals via WASPP from the north even if no point out is required.
