I see multiple Zip files - which one is correct?
There will be an original zip file and then restatement zip files
Restatement zip files include the restatement name - we are currently on Cycle 3
What is restatement?
Every six years, the IRS requires defined contribution retirement plans to be updated based on regulatory and legislative changes
