What Makes Zang organ Zang?
Viscera: Interior, Solid, Yin, Store and do not discharge “are full bvut cannot be filled”
What makes a Fu organ Fu?
Bowels: exxterior, hollow, Yang, transmit and empty and do not store “are fulled but are not full”
6 extraordinary (curious) organs:
Brain, Bone, Marrow, Uterus, Blood Vessels, Gall Bladder (and Fu)
what makes the extraordinary organs curious?
They are yang in form (hollow) and yin in function (store)
Function of Gall bladder?
stores bile
what is bile?
condensed liver qi
Heart statements:

pericardium protects the heart
organ relationships: heart and spleen
Heart governs blood and Spleen manages blood.
organ relationships: heart and kidney
heart and kidneys interat. Heart yin/yang descensd to feed the kidney yin/yang
