What do YANG organs do?
Digest food and transport nutrients to the body organs with empty cavities
What do YIN organs do?
Produce, transform, regulate and store fluid substances - organs without empty cavities
3am to 5am
Lung - toxic waste becomes loosened
5am to 7am
Large Intestine - normal elimination time for waste
7am to 9am
Stomach - energy moves here stimulating hunger
9am to 11am
Pancreas / spleen - busy working with liver and your immune system (often when allergies show up)
11am to 1pm
Heart - don’t overtax your heart at this time
1pm to 3pm
Small Intestine - digesting food taken in
3pm to 5pm
Bladder - often find you are tired at this time and want a nap
5pm to 7pm
Kidney - often feeling tired and wanting a nap (aligned with adrenals)
7pm to 9pm
Pericardium - low back pain (kidney symptom) instructing pancreas to perform repair
9pm to 11pm
Triple Warmer - blood vessels go into repair mode
11pm to 1am
Gallbladder
1am to 3am
Liver - waste is being processed and cleaning blood
