Wants to maintain contact with peers concerned with missing friends
Explain procedures (books, pictures…)

Toys: card games, board games, video games, puzzles, hobbies
Adolescent (12-18yrs)
Maintain contact with peers and activities
Teaching and history can be obtain without parents to increase interactivity and allow questions
Major body concerns and identity (fear of being different)
Allow posters bedding own clothes
Explain how it’s going to go what’s happening
Provide privacy
May fake bravery
Loss of control may induce anger, uncooperativeness, withdrawal
