A period goes for anything from 2 days to 7 days
What is the menstruation cycle and how many days does it go for?
The menstruation cycle is the time from one period to the next. It is usually about 28 days long.

Day 1 of the menstruation cycle is the first day of your period.

Eggs are released from the ovaries.

Ovulation is when the ovaries release an eggs, it occurs in the middle of the menstruation cycle.
What are the consequences of eating to little?
The consequences of eating to little are: not getting enough nutrients which can lead to health problems. For example not having enough iron can lead to anaemia.
What are the consequences of eating to much?
The consequences of eating to much are: could increase cholesterol levels, become over weight, have higher blood pressure and increase risk of some cancers and diabetes type 2.
How do you gain weight?
You gain weight by eating more calories than you burn/use.
How do you lose weight?
You lose weight by eating less calories than you burn/use.
How do you stay the same weight?
You stay the same weight by eating the same amount of calories of burn/use.
