Development Journey:
1-Reflect:what are you good or bad at , what do you need to work on how do you need to do that .
2-plan:come up with an experiment for how you can work on that.
3-Monitor:away to try measure whether objectivtly or subjectively.
4-Evaluate:did that experiment that I ran work in making me better at this things or not.

-productivity:low stakes practise.
#one important step for me was realizing that only the A-list is the stuff that’s going to get done because I’m a limited person with a limited life.
#He ask people what are you good at that were not using and people always have an answer For that, so whats an experiment that we can run to try to use that thing that you’re good at that were not using.
#you can see this curiosity develop when someone hits something so engaging that they want to understand how to be better they want to talk to other people doing it they get so curious about it.

Former CIA Spy Reveals How They’re Controlling You! - Andrew Bustamante(18-9-2024)

A

History is written by the winners but there’s always two sides to history and then when you think about the political the religious the personal ramifications of everything that happens you realize there’s multiple different versions or truth there may only be one fact were not ever conditioned to learn to question the truth to find the fact instead were just taught that the truth that were taught is the fact that’s how we end up in a word like we have today.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_A8XElrAqA&ab_channel=TheDiaryOfACEO
#there needs to be a system and in order to create the system we have to intentionally continually repeat and program the system.

perception is what you believe to be true about the world around you.
perspective is what other people believe to be true about the world around them.
our perceptions are never going to be the same so the only way that I can find cammon ground with you is to stop thinking about what’s happening around me from my perception and start thinking from your perspective because then I hate my perception plus your perception combined I get twice as much information to think through this specific situation.

one of the major differences between entrepreneurs and asprirationat entrepreneurs is that entrepreneurs have the courage to try ,and aspirational entrepreneurs are always talking about the day that they will have the courage to try.

Excellence through execution:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P_A8XElrAqA&ab_channel=TheDiaryOfACEO

-The idea that by executing you will make mistakes and then you will improve upon the the mistakes because you will execute again so your excellence comes from execution,So if you want to feel the impact you can not keep planning you have to take action.

-Avoidance-competition-compliance
you’ve got to fill the relationship you have to put in enough time and energy, If we agree to disagree we’ve made sense of our relationship as mutual peers.

-starts with discovery if you don’t know something exists you can never like it,once you know something exists you have to decide whether or not you like it how do you decide wether or not you like it through sense-making process after that you you will like whatever it is or whoever it is thay you’re dealing with the secret sauce is that you don’t have to like something alot before you start to trust it.
-you just spend enough time long enough and what happens is without even realizing it you start to trust the person that you’re with that is the beginning of influence.

-if you want to create power you have to polarize you have to stand for something the response you create enemies but you also create friends.
-there are four pieces of marketing in the product -price-place-promotion(persuasion):
the place where people go wrong is that they dont realize that talking about the benefits of the product is not persuasive persuasion starts with emotional messages.

-we use to unders tand to core motivations that exist inside of all people:
Rewaed, Ideology,Coercion,Ego
and the idea is that core motivation of all people to do anything they would ever do is one of those four and the other 3 are always still present but at lower level.

-I seeing people as worthy or unworthy investments,we only have a certain number of minutes seconds breaths , So I need to get the skills to repidly Identify the people who are worth my my breaths the people who I can invest in with my words and my thoughts and my actions and my time.

The Money Making Expert: The Exact Formula For Turning $100 into $100k Per Month! - Daniel Priestley(1-10-2024)

A

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u0o3IlsEQbI&ab_channel=TheDiaryOfACEO

-Waiting list: when someone has an idea I say set up a very simple waiting list landing page and essentially let people know I’m thinking of starting something in this particular space later in the year if you’re interested join the waiting list, If people will join Its pretty good indication that it is a good idea, and the best experiments are cheap and fast.

-Passion is the thing that you get through the hard times with,I look for an alignment between origin, mission, and vision: what is your origin story What is your background I want to see that you’re doing something that aligns with what you’ve always been doing,I want to see that this goes back to age 10 , when I ask people about why you’re doing this thing I want them to start the story along time ago and I want them to tell me about little wins that they’ve had along the way that have had to this moment which is why they’re starting this project.

-The origin story is really powerful, the vision for the future is what do I want to see happen in the future if all this goes well and other people are doing it too what will this look like in the future 10 years from now be if we are celebrating what would we love to be celebrating.

-and then the mission is what is the most high-value thing that I could possibly do thats in alignment with that vision so essentially if there is a strong alignment between the origin mission and vision something happens where you carry yourself in a different way, other people pick up on it they want to quit their job and come and work on your team.

-The best ask has with or without your energy is that you have when this is going to happen with or without you.

-Making investments into relationships is a really powerful thing, try to take people out to dinner that would be my number one investment.

-asset something that lives beyond the day that you created it on.

-the team of 2,4,8,30:four suits clouds so head in the clouds, spades doing the work, heart connecting with people, diamonds money finance data,I always look for a balanced team of 4 energy.

-They can’t attract a team essentially all business and life is a team sport and it’s your ability to attract great talented people around you who want to work with you that is ultimately the reason we succeed and feel good.
If you say things that repulse people then talented people leave and talented people dont want to be involved if you are saying something that feels resonant it feels aligned it feels like this girl is up to something she is rolling people in this vision that she got and people love her story itd destined to succeed because good people are getting involved.

-What are the attributes of a perfect pitch?
clarity is the base level you just dont want to confuse people, authority is the ability to communicate that you are worth listening to that there’s something about your background or what you have done that gives you some sort of authority to be talking about, defining some sort of a problem that the customer has or some sort of problem that exists in the world that needs solving and that you’ve identified an insight or a solution for that problem, then the way is about communicating why you care enough about this that people would buy into you as the person to drive this forward you, then want to define the opportunity what is the bigger opportunity for anyone who gets involved, then the next steps what should someone do next, and then the emotion or the essence that you want to leave people with so that they remember you based on that.

The No.1 Poo & Gut Scientist: If Your Poo Looks Like This Go To A Doctor! Dr Will Bulsiewicz
(2-10-2024)

A

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qqabbfk9wV8&ab_channel=TheDiaryOfACEO

-The way to lift the microbes up is by eating a variety of plants at least 30 per week.
-The gut transit time: that’s the time it takes for a food to go from your lips to the toilet bowl.
+14 hours if you are less than 14 hours that is very fast.
+58 hours if you are more than 58 hours that’s a very low.
-The average person is somewhere in the range of 24 hours to 48 hours and is both considered to be normal.
-There is one thing that can correct both of those with dietary fiber>
-When we start to add more fiber we need to start low and go slow that just means adding a little bit at a time slowly over the course of at least weeks.

-People who eat more beans live longer with less disease.
-That people who share spaces together through connection have healthier gut microbiomes than people who live by themselves they share more microbes together for example you with your wife share more microbes together than you do with your siblings.

-They found that the couples that were sharing the most microbes were the ones that had the most connection in terms of their relationship.

-Fruits - fermented -greens-Grains unrefined -Legumens beans peas lentils -Shrooms mushrooms-Seaweed-Sprouts broccoli sprouts-Omega3-Aromatics onion garlic

(Garlic):

(Onions):

(Asparagus):

(Chicory Root):

(Apple):

(Jerusalem Artichoke):

(Banana):

(Whole Wheat):

(Flaxseeds):

(Carrots):

(Lentils & Legumes):

(Yogurt):

(Kimchi):

(Kefir):

(Sauerkraut):

(Tempeh):

(Kombucha):

C. difficile.

The Science of Making & Breaking Habits(3-10-2024)

A

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wcs2PFz5q6g&t=3s&ab_channel=AndrewHuberman

-Doing that simple mental exercise done once can shift people towards a much higher likelihood of performing that habit regularly just one mental exercise of thinking through what are the sequence of steps required in order to perform this habit from start to finish.

-It’s not the particular time of day that’s going to allow you to get into a habit rather it’s the state that your brain and body are in that’s important to anchor yourself to.
+The tool involves the 24 hour days into three phases:
1- 0th 8 hours after waking up:the hardest habit and the habits that you most want to form.
2-9 to 15 hours after waking up: hot shower habits and things that you’re already doing that or require a little override of limbic friction journalling learn languages.
3- 16 to 24 hours after waking up: trying to reward myself subjectively for the entire experience.

-If I was somebody who has a hard time getting into habits what I should do is positively anticipate the on-set and the set of that session so think about leaning into the effort going out and doing that zone session and I should think about how I am going to feel after, so not just thinking about how great I am going to feel after but also thinking how hard it’s going to be at the beginning.

-If we expect a reward and the reward doesn’t come the pattern of dopamine release will follow a particular contour lets say that I’m writing and I a, about us minutes just that series of thoughts will start to generate the dopamine release within my brain and body however if at the is minute mark the phone ring and I pick up the phone or I break my own protocol I break my own self-discipline and I go on and check social media or I do something that takes my out of that my level of dopamine id going to drop below the level of dopamine I had before I even started the habit.

-Break bad habits: bringing conscious awareness to the period immediately afterward and at that moment capture the sequence of events and engage in a re-placement behavior immediately afterward like a positive habit you dont want it to be something that’s very hard to execute you want it to be something that’s positive and very easy to do.

  • 6 habits to 21 days : your chaunking days intp a series of 2 days bins which to try to perform 4 to 5 new habits and then completing that 21 days with 6 things that your trying to do with new habits and not compensating , after 21 days you dont up date and start a dding new habits you simply try and mainyian the ones that you built in that first 21 days.

-The goal instead is to attune to get quiet enough that you can listen to who you really are I have begun journalling on the same question every day, which is what do I really want and the downstream effect of that is unreal because you can get so specific If you can meditate for long enough on a very powerful fundamental question like that become so insightful this is where the quiet that we all need to listen to that voice inside of us it can exist for long enough for us to get the message through you and a cross the barrier.

-The experience of your life is what you pay attention to , you are the observer of your thoughts you are not your thoughts.
-who you were yesterday If you want it to be completely different today you can have it that way.
-Right here right now is the only opportunity to act and do anything whatsoever.

-Faith and trust is a big pace in this you have to develop capacity and self-belief and trust if you walk this path you will be led .

-Looking at anything that you’re going to make through the lenns of something else, drag something into the picture and think of it as the fuel for what you need to make.

-You might be a thousand miles from home but you’re one decision away from taking a step in the direction of your dreams that’s powerful medicine.

-I just encourage people to start to think differently about failure what if it was light tiny experiments what would you do differently?
if you want to learn anything that you dont how to do to get to the point where you know how to do it means you going to fall down.

  • you want to build a resilient human challenge them and you can’t get there any other way.

-She said part of how I decide who I will let affect my behavior,I write it in a piece of paper Of people whose opinions of me actually matter. everything else going to find a way to turn it off.

-we treat the body rigorously so that it will not be disobedient to the mind:
There is a giant amount of success in athletics that is about not just mental states but about discipline that is a part of the mind but so is the ability to deal with a loss and sort of re-establish yourself and come back feeling better.
the feeling that you get of the shame of loss is very valuable and thats a mental thing and there’s a mental sort of challenge that you acquire from sports that I dont think is available in any other way you only get when have to force your body to keep going even though your mind is exhausted your body is exhausted and your will is leaving you and there’s parts of you have to learn how manage that and that is a quit and you have to learn how manage that and that is a mental thing.
