Aversion to cold, cold extremities, profuse urine, loose stools
- Pale Swollen tongue, deep slow weak pulse

Tonify KD and SP yang
Suitable food: warm nature foods. Lamb, chives, spices (cinnamon), chicken
Not suitable food: cold, greasy food
Pecan

Enters K, LU, LI
- Tonify KD, bind essence, warm LU and arrest wheezing, moisten intestines, eliminate stones
Cautions: not for cough or diarrhea due to phlegm heat, or yin deficiency fire

- Oncology: treatment in esophageal cancer
Cautions: not for sores or eye diseases due to yin deficiency heat

- Tonify KD yang, strengthen lumbar and knees, warm abdomen, tonify general deficiency
