Which is point B:
Neck - approx. 1 cm lateral to A point. In line with YuYao and GB14
- Shoulder pain/dysfunction, cervical spine, neck/arm, SCM, Trapezius muscle
Similar to GB 15
Which is Point C?
Arm (neck to fingertips)
approx. 2.5 cm lateral to B point (= 4.5 cun lateral to AML) locate at ST 8
Arm from shoulder joint to fingertips, Carpal tunnel, “Tennis elbow”, “Golfer’s elbow”, etc.
Where is Knee point?
Y Knee point - between B & C
Knee pain/dysfunction
GB 13
Where is point D:
Legs / Lumbar
- above zygomatic arch, 2 cm anterior to ear, (GB 3 area)
Note: needle toward GB 2
Use for: Lumbar and Sacral vertebrae, coccyx, leg pain/circulation problems / weakness. Prostatitis, Sciatica
GB 3 toward GB 2
Where is point D 1-6?
Lumbar/Sacrum
- Vertical line of points located behind YMSA D and anterior to ear
Use: problems with lumbar spine, sacrum

Chest
- Begin at GB 14, continues in a 2 cm line toward Yintang
Use for: Thoracic vertebrae, ribs, thoracic cavity, internal organs
GB 14 towards BL 2
What is F point:
Sciatica
- on prominene of mastoid process (laterally)
Note: needle toward GB 12 (needle inferiorly). Bloodlet if spiders
Use: for sciatica, L 1-5 & S 1
TW 18 area
What is G point?
Knee - begins at GB 12 Note: there are 3 points that hug inferior border of mastoid process G1 = most posterior (medial knee) G2 = middle point (patella) G3 = most anterior (lateral knee)
Where is H point?
Legs / Lumbar
- 0.5 cun posterior to B point
Note: use this with YNSA D; rarely used alone

Head and Spine - approx. 1 cm lateral to midline, level with GV 24
Cervical Spine, neck, HA, facial pain or paralysis (Bell’s Palsy), TMJ
