what is XYY syndrome?
A
- sometimes called Jacob’s syndrome
- occurs when a human male has an extra chromosome (47 chromosomes)
- occurs in 1 in 1000 male births randomly
- 75% of males with XYY go undetected

- increased belly fat
- a large head (macrocephaly)
- have an increased risk for learning disabilities
