Describe events from 1935-1939.
A
1935 - Hitler began rebuilding army and air force secretly.
1936 - Hitler ordered German soldiers to march into Rhineland. Hitler defended the act by saying German territory must be protect by Germans.
1938 - Hitler sends troops to Austria and forced Austrian people to vote for an alliance with Germany. vote was rigged.
1939 - Hitler signed the ‘nazi soviet pact’. they agreed to split Poland. Poland refused. Hitler invades Poland.
