after 100 years of disobedience, Russia finally managed to get Serbia unified, Russia, thinking they would get something from Germany, and bismark ended up giving Bosnia-Herzegovina to Austria. When Russia and Serbia tried to declare war on Austria kaiser Wilhelm J shut them up.
Balkan wars
Serbia formed the Balkan League and declared war with the Ottomans in 1912. The Balkans won the battle but couldn’t figure out how to split the land leading to an attack on Bulgaria in 1913.
