German telegram that invites Mexico to join the war against the USA. Intercepted by Britian.
Italian involvement
Was allied with Germany at first. April 1915. Signed Secret Treaty of London and allied with the Triple Entente. Was promised Tyrol, Trieste, and part of the Dalmatian coast.

Britain: peaceful trade, some reparations
France: strict limiations for Germany, territory returned, heft reparations
Italy: territory they were promised. some reparations
USA: peaceful trade, rebuild European economy, League of Nations, no more imperialism. 14 points, limited reparations
