what does the WSH incident reporting states
employers or stakeholders need to report accidents or dangerous occurrences things to report: death 3 or more days mc hospital for more than 24hrs dangerous occurrences diseases work related traffic incidents
fines for not complying with WSH act or failing to make a report
not complying with WSH act:
maximum fine of 500k
failing to make a report:
fine of 5k (first time)
fine of 10k and/or up to 6 months jail (repeated)
