Who were the ‘colonisers’ in the 1900s?
Independent, industrialised European countries, like England
Who were the colonised in the 1900s? Why was this significant?
Latin America, Africa and Asia. It was significant as the colonisers already had some planning theory which was difficult to apply to an already developed culture (native people)
What were the ‘pull factors’ of Industrialisation in Europe and North America in the late 19th cent/early 20th?

occurs when an urban area is dominating the rural area and the rural area is not changing.
