Soft Skills
abilities that relate to how you work and interact with other people (ex.communication)
Interpersonal Skills
the ability to communicate or interact well with other people.

Internal Customers
people within your organisation who receive goods or services from another part of your business. They are stakeholders who might be employees, subcontractors, partner businesses or individuals or – by some definitions – suppliers
External Customers
the people who pay for the goods and services that a company provides. They generally have no other connection to the company beyond their purchases.
Technical skills
the specialized knowledge and expertise required to perform specific tasks and use specific tools and programs in real world situations. Diverse technical skills are required in just about every field and industry, from IT and business administration to health care and education.
