The scale to measure the space between to places
What is environment?
The environment is everything around us the earth, the trees basically everything natural around us
What is a biome?
A biome is an environment that is unique.
Mountain biome
Rain Forrest biome
Jungle biome
What is Weather?
Weather is the type of day it is it could be rainy or sunny.
What is Climate?
Climate is what the weather is like but not weather this is the overall weather like if it is a tropical rain Forrest the climate is rainy and wet that’s the overall weather.
What is soil?
Soil is a type of earth that can be unique to the biome it is in.
What is vegetation?
Vegetation are the plants and/or crops that grow in that biome.
What is latitude?
The lines of latitude are the lines that rune from east to west along the world they help place things as each line has numbers running along them.
What is altitude?
The line of Altitude are the lines that run from north to south aloofness the world. They help place things as the also have the international time line at 180*.
What are mountain ranges?
Mountain ranges help decide what the biomes around it make up like there could be desert and jungle at the two different sides of the mountain. A mountain range is a bunch if mountains that are all together I the same place.
What importance is the distance from the sea?
It helps to form different biomes by the wind flow from the ocean wether it’s is cold or warm. The distance from the sea like if cold wind from the sea gets to a warm peace of land it is more likely to make a desert.
Extensive farming
A farm that covers a large area but uses small human labour
Wheat farm
Farms that have wheat and are grown all year
Mixed farms
Farms that have more than one type of crop
Intensive farming
A farm that needs a lot of work
