Burndown chart
graphical presentation of the remaining work to be done in the project against time. The graph also shows the estimated working time until the project is completed
Bus factor
A measure of the level of responsibility that a person/team has. The lower the coefficient, the more risky that person leaves the team.
Release
The release of a piece of working software, generally in a production environment
Spike
A special type of task, which consists in the fact that something needs to be discussed/skipped/read, not something to be done
