ill is not a good thing, so illusion means to deceive, allusion is to hint

Dr. Who is the subject of a show, who is used as subject; he can replace who; him can replace whom
All ready vs already
All means collective group and all ready shows collective group is ready; already describes an action
Good vs Well
Good describes noun, well describes action; if 5 senses involved rules flip
Effect vs Affect
Effect is noun; the end result
Affect is verb; Action
There vs their vs they’re
Their is related to onseself; their dog
There is state of being or a place/position; there is the dog
They’re is they are; they are dogs
Between vs Among
Among is surrounded by, Among Us, Imposter among us
Between is in the space separating two things; floss goes between your teeth
Borrow vs loan vs lend
Borrow is verb; to receive
Loan is noun; a loan, value
Lend is verb; to give, used for figurative language
Your vs You’re
Your is possesive; own
You’re combines you are; you are
Bad vs Badly
Bad modifies noun
Badly modifies verb

Lie = to recline, doesn’t require object
Lay = to place, requires object
(Past tense of lie is lay, use context)
That vs Which
That uses essential clauses (no commas)
Which uses non-essential clauses (not essential to main sentence)
Then vs Than
Than = compare
Then = When/time
Further vs Farther
Further = imaginary distance (uh-maginary
Farther = physical distance, can be measured
