Tendon
A cord like, nonelastic, white fibrous bands of connective tissue that connects muscle to bone

Condition in which a muscle tears away from the tendon or the tendon tears away from the bone
Contracture
Abnormal, fixed position in which the muscle is permanently flexed

Wide white sheet of fibrous connective tissue that attaches a muscle to a bone or other structure
