Flute
Flute: A horizontal, held instrument played by blowing air across a mouthpiece and directing it through keys that open and close holes along the body. It has a cylindrical body and a foot joint with a key mechanism.
Oboe
Oboe: A double-reed instrument held vertically, played by blowing into a double reed and pressing keys that open and close holes along the body. It has a conical body with a bell and a complex key system.
Clarinet
Clarinet: A single-reed instrument held vertically, played by blowing into a mouthpiece with a single reed and pressing keys that open and close holes along the body. It has a cylindrical body with a bell and a key mechanism.
Basoon
Bassoon: A double-reed instrument held vertically, played similarly to the oboe but with a larger and deeper sound. It has a conical body with a curved neck, a large bell, and a complex key system.
