- educate on mammograms, breast exams, smoking cessation, s/s of vte, s/s hyperglycemia, medication dosing
- monitor coag studies (pt/inr)
- monitor s/s of vte
- teach need for pap smear
- take same time daily

- monitor s/s of jaundice, bp, i&o, weight if at risk for liver problems
- breast exam/pap smear prior to start therapy and during the course of therapy
- 40 or higher at high risk for breast cancer needs mammograms
