Women take more career breaks than men and unlike them, cannot devote all their time to their work
Many highly esucated women would like to work part-time at a level commensurate with their skills
For all their talent and skills, women still find it difficult to make their voices heard and assert themselves at work
In developed countries, women are under-represented on corporate boards, and are confines to low-paid jobs with limited opportunities.
What can account for such gender imbalance are deep-rooted sexist prejudices.
