Aetiology of Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome

A
Accessory pathway (Bundle of Kent) connecting atrium to ipsilateral ventricle across the mitral and tricuspid annulus 
Majority of pathways are bi-directional

In childhood - asymptomatic

Palpitations
Syncope, pre-syncope
SOB 
Chest pain
