Hand scrubbing technique
scrub all sides of fingers, hands and forearms 10 times back and forth
wash off in one movement so that the hands dont get contaminated, turn tap off with elbow and keep hands up
closed gloving technique
fingers stay within gown cuffs
first glove touch on the outside - so you dont touch ur skin with sterile hands
second glove touch on the inside
