What is required for the oath in FL?
Must be specific and must be delivered in a specific fashion
In FL, can a child testify w/o taking the oath?
Yes if the court can determine that the child understands the duty not to lie

FL has very detailed rules
In FL, can a judge testify as a witness?
A judge can’t testify as a witness in a trial over which he is presiding UNLESS the judge will give evidence on a purely formal matter
In FL, can a juror be a witness?
Potentially if someone has tried to tamper with the trial, but they can’t testify about the deliberative process UNLESS something comes up that is improper, like rolling dice or cast lots, discriminate based on race, etc.
In FLm how can a party attack or support the credibility of a witness?
ONLY WITH REPUTATION EVIDENCE!!!!! NOT OPINION!
In FL, what’s the rule for interrogating witnesses under the age 14?
The judge has to take special care of child witnesses under the age of 14 and don’t let lawyers ask questions they can’t understand

In the federal rules, it’s just writings. In FL, it’s writings and other items.
What is the difference in the FL and federal rules for prior statements of witnesses?
In the federal rules, the statement must be shown to opposing counsel. In FL, the statement must also be shown to the witness
In a FL criminal case, can the victim’s next of kin be present?
