-porcelain is strong and beautiful, reflecting the hope that their love will be like it and shows strength of swans and relationship
-symbolic for their relationship

- similie + imagery of them holding hands, following example of swans
- ‘pair’ shows they’re no longer two separate things but part of one whole
- full stop emphasises that their problems have been resolved and no more trouble
