Instruction: Chipotle Syrup: in a pan over medium heat, add 1 quart of water, 4 dried chipotle, 2 chipotle in adobo sauce “La morena” once water is simmering, add 1 quart of sugar

A spray of Allspice Dram (liqueur flavored with allspice berries)

Garnish: Dehydrated Orange

Ten to one white rum Ten to one dark rum Avua Cachaça Blueberry Pink peppercorn Lemon MILK (make sure to remind the customer that it contains milk) Method: Stirred in glass Glassware: Persistence glass Small clear ice cube

2oz coconut oil washed Havana Club rum 0.5oz Campari 0.25oz banana liqueur 0.25oz maple syrup 0.75oz lime Method: Shaken Glassware: Tiki glass Crushed ice Garnish: Mint and Shaved nutmeg
Instructions: Coconut oil washed Havana club: Put 750ml of Havana club in a quart container, add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, close the container, shake it and then put it in the freezer for 3 hours.
Remove the container from the freezer, strain the Rum into a new quart container. Label, Refrigerate
