Aged in 100% neutral (not new) French oak helped them achieve the desired balance between weight, texture, and mineral driven acidity. Lemon peel, honeycomb, and nectarine on the nose. Vibrant palate, apricot with nuances of dried herbs. Bright and lengthy finish, zesty notes of sea salt.
