A

Wine on tap

Reusable barrel

19
Q

What four wines are served on tap?

A

Brewer Clifton Chardonnay
Miner Sauvignon Blanc
Fisticuffs Cabernet
N2 Langhe Rosso

20
Q

How should you describe the difference between our two Sauvignon Blanc wines by the glass?

A

Miner is a classic California Sauvignon Blanc with the citrus and melon notes

Comte La Fond is a wonderful Sancerre and has a pronounced mineral finish

21
Q

Does wine on tap taste different from wine from a bottle?

A

Some experts make different arguments. We have selected wines to serve on tap that work very well with this system.

22
Q

Is wine on tap carbonated like beer on tap?

A

No – wine on tap uses a nitrogen gas mix, which preserves the quality and freshness of the wine. A glass of wine on tap looks and tastes like a glass of wine out of the bottle.

23
Q

The N2 is an interesting addition to your list – please describe it more.

A

The N2 Langhe Rosso is a blend of three Italian grapes – Barbera – dolcetto – Nebbiolo. The grapes are very different, making it a nuanced well-balanced wine. It is a black fruit and strawberries and roses and wet rocks all mixed together. The grapes are harvested in Italy and shipped to Northern California, where the winemaker makes the blends and distributes only in reusable barrels.
