Ranges from dry to sweet
When dry is paired great with seafood
When sweet great for sipping chilled
Flavours: cut grass, goose berries, currant leaves and citrus
By the glass: Sumac Ridge and stoneleigh
Semillon
Dry and sweet version
Dry has a perfume, aromatic flavour that goes well with poultry and cream sauces
Sweet is rich and full and pairs well with desserts
No semillon by the glass
Chenin Blanc
Associated with a lovely fruity aromatic ‘feminine wine’ with a slight residual sweetness
