Q

Dom Pérignon 2010 Champagne (Bottle Only) - France

A
  • Citrus, tropical fruits, mint, lemon
  • Beautifully integrated but firm acidity
  • July and August of 2010 came with rain. The combination of the humidity and heat allowed the perfect condition for the vines to nourish the grapes of pinot noir and chardonnay. It is a blend of 54% chardonnay and 46% Pinot noir.
  • Pair with: salty foods. Salt and fat tend to coat the palate while champagne bubbles break theses flavours up. Foods with texture mimic the wines bubbly nature and make the experience more enjoyable. This would pair well with any of our Sushi rolls as the soy glaze will provide the salt and the texture will come from toppings such as yam curls and crispy taro
