Gamay
red fruit flavors, such as raspberry, cherry, strawberry, and currant with notes of violet flowers
Cabernet Franc
red-wine grape variety traditionally grown in France that makes medium- to full-bodied wines typically offering red-fruit flavors and complex herbaceous accents.
Cabernet Sauvignon
heavy bodied - deep, layered flavors – a mix of dark fruits such as blackcurrant, with hints of green pepper, and often a hint of oak
Pinot Noir
pale to medium red wine with a translucent color with notes of fresh red fruit, spice, and earth - a graceful mouthfeel with soft tannins that soften over time
Riesling

Carignan
dark color, high acidity, and high tannins. Carignan wines are often described as rustic, earthy, and having notes of dark fruit, spices, and herbs.
Pinot Grigio
