Sparkling wine from New Mexico, produced in Albuquerque from grapes grown in Luna County, in the Mesilla Valley. Blanc de Noirs is a term used to indicate that the sparkling wine is made from red grapes (Pinot Noir and/or Pinot Meunière) resulting in a fuller bodied, rounder sparkler than other sparkling styles.

Dos Cabezas Red blend
Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre
Cochise County: light ruby in color, with the aromas of clean, bright, chalky red-berry fruit with some dark cherry. The taste has very good character and balance. The winemaking is clean and the palate is refreshingly youthful. This is a good sipping red.
