How to serve by the glass
Red/White- 6 oz pour, preset with appropriate wine glass. Pour 6 oz into wine carafe, use carafe to fill wine glass. Do not leave carafe bar side/tableside
Bubbles- all Prosecco and champagne is poured directly into flute (6 oz) and THEN delivered to guest.
How to serve by the bottle
Preset table with correct number of wine glasses and bottle chiller (only white or bubbles). Retrieve bottle, open tableside with label facing guest. Present cork to purchasing guest by placing it on their right and pour their sample taste. Pour glass for each guest from left to right, starting with guest immediately to left of purchasing guest.
