➊ Nephroblastoma, typically affecting children < 5 yrs
➋ • Abdominal mass
• Abdominal distension
• Haematuria
• Hypertension

➊ • Abdomen US
• CT CAP
• Renal biopsy
➋ Nephrectomy +/- adjuvant chemo/radiotherapy
➌ Excellent with >90% 5 yr survival rate
