What is a Mutual Will?
A
An agreement to make wills at they same time on agreed terms that they will not revoke terms without consent
These wills can not be changed after the first death
Can be reassuring that nothing will change after first death - eg children only will benefit

What is a mirror will?
A
Mirror wills can be changed at any time even after death as long as the survivor has mental capacity
Notice to each other is not required to amend or revoke their own will
