Why did you consider EO?
A
Every business has cycles & any business owner needs to think about an exit strategy. In my case, I wanted to plan this over a period of years rather than get to point in time & think “now I need to get out so how am I going to do that?”.

Why did you choose EO?
A
Considering the different options & with helpful guidance from Co-operative Development Scotland, I felt that EO ticked all the boxes, including being beneficial for employees as well as myself, remaining in control of transition timescales, sustainability for the business & continuity of service for our clients.
