Why do I travel (Lesson - P1) Flashcards
Faris lives in a coastal city overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
He is the youngest brother of three siblings.
He was closely related to his mother and his father,
He became alone at home after his older brother travelled to work and his sister for studies.
Faris would refuse to participate in any school trip
justifying this by saying that he does not like to leave his parents alone,
and that there is no city with the beauty of his city,
but - in reality - Faris began to have since childhood a pathological fear (phobia) of travelling.
Every time the topic of travelling is mentioned in front of Faris, He imagines traveling as a black hole that swallows people,
and ignores what is behind it, and he would sweat and then he ends the conversation right away.
