This was to be paid annually over a 20-year period.
The subsidy was £6 for each house erected by private builders.

Tariffs.

Re-union of the party.
Did it fail or succeed?
It failed - didn’t have long to prepare for the election.

The Conservatives, but Labour had fought against tariffs.
