What is in CL 85 inspection plan
A
The mine operator of a coal mine must ensure that an inspection plan for the mine is prepared
The mine is divided into inspection areas that which is reasonable able to be inspected by a competent person
Production areas are identified,drilling,haul roads,dumps,stockpiles
Any boundaries that crosses a road way
How a safety concern is brought to attention
Their must be a recording of inspection results
An inspection must be carried out at least once a shift or risk based
No one shall enter a mining area until an inspection has been carried out
A worker must inspect their work area before commencing work and throughout the shift
