The bottling comes from a painting by Denis Pesnot. Classic Chardonnay, golden yellow pear, lemon, dairy curd, and white flowers.

Located on a flat, granitic plateau in the steep mountains of Corsica. Organically farmed. Hot and dry daytime temps, cool nights, maritime winds. Grapes see a one day cold soak maceration. Fermented in stainless steel. Naturally fresh and mineral with grilled almonds, soft bitter citrus, and acacia flowers. Medium body.

Mas Candi is a collection of four growers who make wines individually, but come together for a few special bottlings under the MC label. The region os famous for Cava production, but there is a recent movement towards dry expressions of Xarel-lo. Natural/Biodynamic. QX means “Cuatro Xarel-los” Each grower contributes its own aged expression (SS, cement, acacia, french oak). Very textured w/ dried pear, vegetation, artichoke.
