Pyrazines, no oak
NZ Sauvignon Blanc
Sancerre needs high acid,Napa needs oak
Terpenes, possible botrytis? Not elevated alcohol nor acidity. No r/s no lees, not bitter.
Muscat.
Could be torrontes since it doesn’t have to be bitter.
Could be alsatian riesling if no r/s, botrytis, high alc/acid
Lees, bitter?
Pinot Grigio
Should say Gruner, but Gruner needs rotondone
Chablis would need oxidation
Terpenes, r/s, high acid, possible botrytis?
German Riesling
Chenin need lees, alsatian ries may not have r/s plus higher alc
Claire Valley will not have r/s or botrytis
Oak, Possibly high alc, and possible lees?
CA Chard
Cote de Beaune will have high acid
Napa SB needs pyrazines
Possible lees, oxydation, possible high acidity?
Chablis
Lees, R/s, oxy, high acid… Possible botrytis?
Chenin Blanc - Vouvray (max 8g/l sec)
Oak, Oxydation, possible lees?
Cote de Beaune Chard
