The shape of SB acidity is sphere shaped but it has a distinct sharpness to it that hits around the edges of the mouth. Outward facing.

What is unique about the acidity of Albarino?
A
Albarino’s acidity if felt immediately as soon as it hits your palate. It diminishes on the mid palate, and then it felt again on the back of your palate. It is wall to wall. There is also some phenolics bitterness as well.
