- Greet Table within 30 seconds
- Introduce yourself
- Place beverage napkins on the table
- Take drink order -good time to suggest specials/upsell
- Remove extra place settings
- Ring in drinks immediately
- Always use a tray
- Suggest appetizers, soup or salad-point out daily specials
- Ring in appetizer, soup, or salad order IMMEDIATELY if entrée order is not given at this time.
- Appetizer Plates-bring them out right after placing app order
- Take Entrée order point out specials/upsell
- Immediately ring in entrée order
- Prebus table and refill drinks
- Anticipate needs, get fresh napkins, refills, condiments BEFORE their entrée arrives
