Garnish: Orange Peel - roll & place vertically in center of drink

1 1/2oz - Lemon Sour
1/2oz - Honey Water
3/4oz - Simple Syrup
1 dash - Peychaud's Bitters
ICE TO FILL
SHAKE EXTRA VIGOROUSLY and STRAIN
