abductor pommel and large lateral thigh wedges aides that serve to maintain the hips and lower extremities in as much of a neutral position as tolerated.

- Posterior Pelvic Tilt posture often occurs when a patient has difficulty reaching the footrests of a wheelchair or is poorly supported in an upright position.

Wheelchair modifications vary with the cause of the posture. Modifications may include seating correction of a posterior pelvic tilt, improved back support, and appropriately fit seat depth and footrest length.
