Loosen tight clothing and provide fresh air, IF UNCONSCIOUS lie them down and elevate their legs IF CONSCIOUS sit them down with their head down and give them a glucose drink.
ASTHMA ATTACK
Give salbutamol inhaler, reassure them, give oxygen if needed and call 999 is there is no recovery.
EPILEPTIC FIT
Maintain dignity, clear the area of people, protect them from injury, wait for their recovery, administer buccal midazolam gel if prolonged, after 7 mins call 999.
HYPOGLYCAEMIA AND DIABETIC COMA
IF CONSCIOUS give glycogen tube orally IF UNCONSCIOUS administer glucagon. Maintain airway and give oxygen and call 999 if no recovery.
ANGINA
GTN spray under the tongue, give oxygen if needed.
MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION
Call 999, administer aspirin, give oxygen and put casualty in the W position, maintain airway, reassurance
ANAPHYLAXIS
Call 999
Administer adrenaline
Give antihistamine if necessary
Maintain airway and give oxygen
